Pironman 5 Mini (CN0480D) is a compact aluminum mini PC case kit for the Raspberry Pi 5, designed to turn your board into a neat, desktop-style system without taking up much space. The enclosure combines a sturdy metal shell with a PWM-controlled active cooler, RGB fan, NVMe M.2 support, RTC, customizable RGB lighting, and a secure power switch. It is a great fit for lightweight NAS setups, Home Assistant, media centers, small game systems, and general-purpose Raspberry Pi 5 projects, while keeping everything tidy and well cooled on your desk.

The included expansion board adds an M.2 M-key slot for NVMe SSDs (2230–2280) via the Raspberry Pi 5 PCIe interface, so you can upgrade your system with high-speed storage for faster boot times and improved application performance. The same slot can also be used with a compatible M.2 AI accelerator such as Hailo-8L, giving you the option to add edge AI capabilities to your Raspberry Pi 5 in a compact enclosure.

Cooling is handled by a low-profile PWM active cooler mounted directly on the Raspberry Pi 5, combined with an RGB case fan. This setup is designed to efficiently move air through the case and keep the CPU and NVMe drive at safe temperatures under sustained load, while keeping fan noise under control. The RGB fan and lighting effects add a bit of visual flair, which you can adjust via software once your system is configured.

Pironman 5 Mini also focuses on usability and protection. The front metal power button is wired to a safe shutdown circuit, helping prevent file system corruption from sudden power cuts. The integrated expansion board provides fan control with RGB support, GPIO expansion, and RTC (real-time clock) support via a coin-cell battery, so your Raspberry Pi can keep accurate time even when powered off.
